Platinum Package

Starts at $4,000.00

This package is designed for busy couples who would like their perfect wedding planned from engagement to honeymoon.  This package includes, but is not limited to:

-  Unlimited in-person consultations

-  Unlimited consultations via phone and/or email

-  Unlimited vendor referrals

-  Unlimited accompaniment to all vendor appointments

-  Detailed budget planning

-  Assistance with event design and décor

-  Assistance with event invitation and stationery

-  RSVP Management

-  Etiquette Advisement

-    Scout venues, arrange site appointments,

accompaniment on site tours

-  Review and negotiate vendor contracts

-  Accompaniment to tasting appointments and

assistance with menu selection

-  Creation of floor plans, wedding calendar, itinerary, checklist and “day of” timeline

-  Vendor confirmations and directions

-  Assistance with Rehearsal Dinner, Bridal Luncheon

and “day after” brunch

-  Personal concierge service (hotel arrangements, travel

arrangements, room blocks, gift baskets, welcome packages)

-  Rehearsal coordination and instruction (2 hour maximum)

-  Collection of items at rehearsal to be brought and set up

on wedding day (candles, guest book, favors, programs, etc.)

-  Unlimited “day of” coverage, management and co-

ordination of the entire event from the moment the bride is

in the make-up chair until the last guest and/or vendor

leaves (up to 10 hours)

- Snacks and/or light meal for the wedding party

-  Additional wedding day assistants, if necessary

-  Management of final payments to vendors

-         Wedding day emergency kit

Our fee is 10% of the total wedding budget for wedding budgets of $100,000.00 and over.

To reserve services for this package a non-refundable deposit of one third of the total fee is required upon contract signing.
