Month of Coordination Package

Starts at $2,000.00

This option is designed for couples that have done much of the planning on their own, but realize the importance of relaxing and enjoying their special day.  To effectively serve our Bride and Groom allow us to begin the Month of Coordination at least 60-120 days prior to your event.

This option includes:

- Up to four detailed planning meetings (up to 2 hours each)

- Discussion of complete design, décor, seating, floor plan

- Creation of timeline for ceremony and reception

- Collection of vendor information

- Venue walk through, meeting with caterer and

 site event manager

- Introduction calls to wedding party and vendors; confirmation of details and directions

- RSVP Management

- Rehearsal coordination and instruction (2 hour maximum)

- Collection of items at rehearsal to be brought and set up

on wedding day (candles, guest book, favors, programs, etc.)

- Unlimited “day of” coverage, management and coordination of the entire event from the moment the bride is in the make-up chair until the last guest and or vendor leaves (up to 10 hours)

- Snacks and/or light meal for the wedding party

- Additional wedding day assistant, if necessary

- Management of final payments to vendors

- Wedding day emergency kit

  Additional in-person consultations can be added at any time in one hour intervals and at our current hourly rate.

 Price quotations are based upon many factors which may include total wedding budget; guest count; specific needs and requirements of each couples; whether extensive travel is required; the amount of time in advance services are secured, etc.

To reserve services for this package a non-refundable deposit of one half of the total fee is required upon contract signing.
