$75.00 per hour

Hourly consultations and á la carte services may include:

- All client meetings and communications

- Preparation of budget analysis

- Itinerary and timeline development

- All scouting trips and venue tours

- All vendor referrals, appointments and communications

To begin this service a retainer of $1,000.00 must be met and services will be tracked in 15 minute increments, a statement of services will be sent to you throughout the process.  You will be billed for any cost incurred over the initial retainer fee likewise any portion of the retainer not used will be reimbursed to you.

Price quotations are based upon many factors which may include total wedding budget; guest count; specific needs and requirements of each couples; whether extensive travel is required; the amount of time in advance services are secured, etc.

All packages mentioned are a guide and can be customized to fit your individual needs.  If VAL Productions, Inc. is planning your Destination Wedding, scouting trips and hotel accommodations will be included in the price quote.
